Total Satisfaction Guarantee and Free Return Policy
We confidently stand behind our products 100% and offer a total satisfaction guarantee.
If you are dissatisfied with your stoles, for any reason due to our negligence, and report it to us within 24 hours of receipt, then we will make all efforts to remedy the situation by replacement or if that is not possible, by refunding you in full.
We pay for collection of any returns, you are charged nothing.

Free Design Proof
There are no costs or purchase obligation for a computer generated rendering of your custom graduation stoles. Simply complete the quick quote form at the bottom of the page to start the process.

Shipping Terms

UPS or USPS shipping costs are included in all our prices.
- Custom graduation stoles with embroidery or print ship within 15 days.
- Blank stoles from price chart A or B, ship within 14 days. |
Ground USPS or UPS services will be chosen based on the lower cost for the particular size, weight and destination of your order. Allow 2-3 days shipping for West Coast, 3-5 days for Mid-West, 5-7 days for East Coast. Please Call for other US Territories.
If you require a faster method of shipment, 2nd day air and overnight shipment will be provided by UPS. You will only be charged the excess amount over the normal ground shipping fee. |

Minimum Quantity
For blank graduation stoles we have a 10 piece minimum.
For custom embroidered or printed graduation stoles, the minimum is 5 stoles.

Order early and get a discount
Claim 3% discount on orders paid at least 30 days before the required delivery date.
Claim 10% discount on orders paid at least 90 days before the required delivery date.
